Fast push-button adjustment provides 24 positions for precise sizing directly on the workpiece, while a laser-etched inch and metric scale makes it easy to preset the jaw opening. The parallel jaws provide even surface pressure with zero backlash, helping prevent damage to component edges while allowing infinitely variable gripping up to the maximum capacity.

A greater than 10:1 lever transmission delivers strong gripping and pressing force, while the jaw action allows bolted connections to be tightened and released quickly using a ratcheting motion.
