Until now, ice machine cleaners were nothing more than low tech phosphoric acid. Viper Ice Machine cleaner is formulated with an advanced blend of organic acids that will remove more scale faster than any other product of its kind. It is a stronger acidic cleaner that is lower in toxicity, non-fuming, less corrosive and environmentally preferred over phosphate based chemicals. Tested and approved nickle safe, use 8oz of cleaner for every 250-300lb per day of ice production. Maximum strength for ice machines using stainless steel evaporators, use 16oz of cleaner for every 250-300lb per day of ice production.

Directions for use

1. Remove ice from bin.
2. Switch machine into cleaning mode.
3. Slowly add 8 oz of cleaner for every 250-300 pounds per day of ice production.
4. Circulate for 10-30 minutes depending on scale load.
5. Discard spent water and rinse machine 3 times.
6. All done!
