TruTech Tools offers free shipping on orders over $99.00 to the contiguous lower 48 United States. Please note that the Free Shipping threshold for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $499.00.

Do you ship to Canada?

TruTech Tools does not ship to Canada, or internationally.

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that you’re missing a product from your order! Here are the steps you can take to resolve this issue:

2. Inspect the Packaging:
Sometimes smaller items can be hidden within the packaging materials. Double-check all the packaging to ensure the product isn’t there.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or broken item in your order please contact us at support@trutechtools.com or by phone at 888-224-3437 or by our chat to begin an RMA, or a return.

How do I submit a Purchase Order (PO)

TruTech Tools will accept Purchase Orders (PO) from approved customers. Please contact our Customer Service team to get set up for ordering with a Purchase Order.
You can also gain tax exemption by submitting your Tax Exempt Form.

How do I become Tax Exempt?

You can gain tax exemption by creating an account or logging in to your account and submitting your Tax Exempt Form.
Note- You MUST be logged in to your TruTech Tools account to submit your Tax Exemption form.

How long does a typical backorder take?

Back Orders are usually fullfilled in 1 - 2 weeks after date of purchase or sooner. Manufacturing delays can impact fullfillment rate.
If your backordered item(s) has taken longer than 2 weeks to ship, please check the items product page on our website for the latest ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival) or contact our Customer Service team.

How can I get my Combustion Analyzer Calibrated?

Please note we can only calibrate the Combustion Analyzer models listed on our Service Request Form. Please purchase a Calibration at this link per the number of Analyzers you plan to send us. Once you've completed your order fill out the Service Request Form and indicate the work you'd like to be performed on your analyzer.

How do I suggest a product to you?

You can let our Customer Service team know via phone, chat, or email. It's helpful to include the following information; brand, SKU (if known), model, the application you are using the tool.

How can I purchase a gift certificate?

Please contact our Customer Service team to order a gift certificate.

Can you tell me more about your Price Matching policy?

TruTech Tools is will attempt to price match a price you may see from a reputable online store. Please contact our Customer Service team to request a price matching and we will work with you to accomplish it. Note- TruTech typically does not price match with auction sites or marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Walmart, etc.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return period on most items that we sell. Exceptions include products like; digital products or software, activated CO devices, etc. For more information please see our Return Policy or contact our Customer Service team.

When can I expect my refund?

Once your return has been processed you can expect a refund 2-5 business days after the refund is initiated with the payment method you chose at checkout. Different payment methods may return a refund faster than others.
