Shipping Policy

At TruTech Tools, we value our customers and understand the importance of delivering your order as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

To do this, we use two reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives intact and on time:
FedEx
USPS

TruTech Tools offers package insurance powered by Route, as well as a signature upon delivery. If these services selected at the checkout page are selected it will help protect your order against delays, damage, and theft.

TruTech Tools offers free shipping on orders over $99.00 to the contiguous lower 48 United States.

Please note- the free shipping threshold for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $499.00. Orders with a US Territory address, like Puerto Rico, do not qualify for free shipping. The Free Shipping shipping method does not have a guaranteed date of arrival.

To determine the shipping rate for a specific product, simply add the item to your shopping cart and click Add Info in the Shipping area, or proceed to checkout and enter your shipping information. Once the shipping information is entered, a more detailed shipping price will be displayed.

Estimated delivery dates for in-stock items are shown on the checkout page.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Once an order has shipped, TruTech Tools sends tracking information to the email entered on the order. The tracking number in the email is a clickable link that will lead you to the carrier's tracking website.

Please note- occasionally there may be a carrier delay due to weather, regional events or other circumstances beyond our control. TruTech Tools cannot be held liable for these unforeseen delays.

TruTech Tools does not ship to locations outside of the United States.
TruTech Tools does not ship to Canadian addresses.

If you choose to ship to a freight forwarding company, please be advised that TruTech Tools is not liable for any interaction with a freight forwarding company. Also be advised that any manufacturer warranty(ies) will be handled directly with the manufacturer, and not TruTech Tools.  

TruTech Tools strives to ship every in-stock order placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. TruTech Tools also ships in-stock orders on Saturday and Sunday, ensuring orders placed over the weekend are delivered sooner than if shipped on a Monday.

Please note- if you choose an expedited shipping method at checkout, please be aware that these shipping methods only apply to weekdays (Monday - Friday). Weekends (Saturday - Sunday), and holidays, are not included in the shipping timeline.

i.e. An order for an in-stock item(s) is placed on Friday before 2:00 PM EST, and expedited shipping overnight is selected. The order will be delivered by the end of the day on Monday. Early AM delivery is available in select regions.
