The three instruments in the testo 770 clamp meter range are ideal for current and voltage measurements in tight heat pumps and mini split systems with its compact design. With its innovative slide clamp design, grabbing the correct wire for testing is even safer given the tight spaces for testing thermistors and control panels. Automatic measurement parameter recognition with each testo clamp meter ensures safe working and eliminates the guess work when it comes to voltage measurements. The rotary dial allows more measurements such as resistance, continuity, as well as diode and capacitance, eliminating the need for multiple instruments to add to the bag. The testo 770-1 model is the standard version for daily measuring tasks, including starting current measurement.
