iO Universal Malfunction Monitor with Suction Line Freeze Stat

The UMM-FS monitors the suction line temperature of an AC unit. The freeze stat is used to prevent coil freeze up and potential water damage in the event of a blower motor failure, restricted airflow caused by a dirty filter, clogged coil or low refrigerant.
