Description

RectorSeal 45317 AC Leak Freeze Nano PRO with Magic Frost - 1.5oz

Quickly and safely extend the life of AC and refrigerant systems

AC Leak Freeze is the ideal product for air conditioner unit repair and refrigeration repair. AC Leak Freeze will stop leaks of refrigerant gas in HVACR air conditioning and refrigeration systems in homes and commercial buildings. AC Leak Freeze ensures that the AC repair or refrigeration repair permanently seals leaks. AC Leak Freeze is suspended until it mixes with the refrigerant. AC Leak Freeze is activated by refrigerant escaping at the site of a leak — forming a chemical weld and sealing the leak.

AC Leak Freeze is compatible with all standard refrigerants. NANO leak sealant formula is reliable, safe and polymer free. Magic Frost adds an anti-friction lubricant to reduce noise/ vibration so system runs smoother, more efficient. Infuses into system through standard 1/4" service port using an HVAC manifold. Available in single use ready to use canisters.

With Magic Frost:

  • Extends compressor life and reduces noise
  • Improves AC system lubrication and reduces friction
  • Cleans and revitalizes the AC system
  • Reduces energy consumption
  • Enhances the performance of older AC systems

Key Features & Benefits:

  • Permanently seals leaks in appliance and refrigeration systems
  • Ideal for preventive maintenance and leak protection
  • Revitalizes A/C & refrigeration systems by permanently sealing small, hard-to-find micro leaks
  • Infuse by hand into system through standard 1/4" service port using an HVAC manifold
  • Suitable for use in copper and aluminum coils
  • Non-clogging to compressors, recovery units, Schrader valves, cap tubes, TXV valves, micro channels, evacuation equipment, and gauges
  • Compatible with all refrigerants
  • Does not contain polymers

Instructions for Use:

  1. System must be running in cooling mode while injecting AC Leak Freeze PRO into system.
  2. Connect AC Leak Freeze PRO injector's female outlet fitting to the low pressure service port (i.e. the suction side).
    • (A) Ensure both valves on manifold gauge set are closed.
    • (B) Connect high pressure (red) hose of manifold to the high pressure service port (i.e. the liquid side).
    • (C) Barely thread the middle manifold (charging/ yellow) hose to the male fitting of AC Leak Freeze PRO injector. Do not thread to the point of depressing the Schrader core.
    • (D) For best results raise the AC Leak Freeze PRO canister above the service port.
    • (E) Briefly crack open manifold high side valve to purge air out of hoses, close manifold high side valve; while quickly tightening the charging hose fitting to the inlet fitting on the injector.
  3. Briefly open then close manifold high side valve to allow refrigerant to flow through AC Leak Freeze PRO injector. Check the injector clear hose to ensure the products gone. If necessary.repeat this step until no product is visible in semi-clear tube.
  4. Disconnect the cartridge from the AC or refrigerant system.
  5. With manifold closed, wait one minute for the charging hose and AC Leak Freeze PRO injector to equalize to suction pressure. Disconnect charging hose from AC Leak Freeze PRO injector. Disconnect AC Leak Freeze PRO injector from suction service port
  6. Discard or recycle empty injector. Run air conditioner for at least 30 minutes to allow product to fully circulate.
NOTE: If the system is low on refrigerant, you may also use a refrigerant tank to push product into system.
WARNING: Do not disconnect or loosen clear hose from copper canister. Do not kink or cut injector hose.
