The MalcoEdge® TurboFlow™ Vacuum Kit is built to support fast, efficient evacuation of residential HVAC and refrigeration systems. Designed for Trade Pros who care about workflow and performance, this kit packages the essential high-flow components techs reach for on every evacuation into one organized, ready-to-use setup.

At the core of the kit is the TurboFlow™ refrigerant hose (RH6014) with a 3/8 in. inner diameter that increases flow and reduces evacuation time compared to standard 1/4 in. service hoses. The 60 in. length provides flexibility on the job while staying easy to handle, and the hose is built to SAE J2196 standards with an 800 psi working pressure and 4,000 psi burst rating. Integrated 3/8 in. × 1/4 in. SAE fittings ensure compatibility with standard service ports and manifold connections.

The included CRT2Y High-Flow Core Removal Tool features a Y-shaped flow path that moves more refrigerant and pulls vacuum faster than traditional 90° designs. A built-in dual valve system lets technicians isolate and protect connected vacuum or micron gauges during service, and the integrated sight glass provides clear visual confirmation of refrigerant condition and that the valve core is securely captured before removal. The tool is vacuum rated down to 20 microns and ships with adapters for 1/4 in. and 5/16 in. systems. An anodized aluminum body with brass valves and fittings delivers long-term reliability, and a magnetic end knob keeps the core removal rod conveniently stored after removal from the tool body.

All components are packed in a Veto Pro Pac® Hose Hauler bag built for jobsite durability and efficient transport. The bag features a water- and oil-resistant tarpaulin interior for easy cleanup, multiple storage pockets, removable dividers, and a removable interior pouch for flexible organization. Exterior MOLLE straps and D-rings add attachment points, while a rugged base protects against wear in tough environments.
