The Malco HHK2 MalcoEdge® TurboFlow™ Dual Vacuum Kit is built for maximum evacuation performance on larger residential and light commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Designed for Trade Pros who need faster draw-downs and efficient system setup, this kit expands on standard evacuation configurations by enabling high-flow access from both the high and low sides simultaneously.

At the core of the system are two TurboFlow™ refrigerant hoses, each with a 3/8 in. inner diameter to maximize flow and reduce evacuation time. At 60 in. long, the hoses provide flexibility on the job while staying easy to handle, and each is built to SAE J2196 standards with an 800 psi working pressure and 4,000 psi burst rating. Integrated 3/8 in. × 1/4 in. SAE fittings keep them compatible with standard service ports and manifold connections.

The included HFY38 high-flow Y branch (3/8 in. × 3/8 in. × 3/8 in.) lets technicians connect both hoses in parallel to the vacuum pump, increasing available flow and improving evacuation efficiency. Its Y-shaped design creates a smoother flow path than traditional T-style fittings for faster system evacuation.

For system access and control, the kit includes both a CRT2Y High-Flow Core Removal Tool with Sight Glass and a CRT1 Compact Core Removal Tool. The CRT2Y features a Y-style design for improved flow, an integrated sight glass for verifying refrigerant condition and core capture, and dual valves for isolating and protecting connected vacuum or micron gauges. The CRT1 provides a more compact solution for tighter access points, with a single-valve design and the same 20-micron vacuum rating, making it ideal for parallel setups where additional valve control is not required. Both tools support 1/4 in. and 5/16 in. systems with included adapters and feature anodized aluminum bodies with brass valves and fittings, plus a magnetic end knob for stem storage.

All components are organized in a Veto Pro Pac® Hose Hauler bag built for jobsite durability and efficient transport. The bag features a water- and oil-resistant tarpaulin interior for easy cleanup, multiple storage pockets, removable dividers, and a removable interior pouch for flexible organization. Exterior MOLLE straps and D-rings add attachment points, while a rugged base protects against wear in tough environments.
