Used to aid in the removal of heat pump reversing valves

Uniweld’s Tuning Fork™ Tip allows you to heat up all the fittings of a heat pump reversing valve at once for easy removal of the defective valve. Remove and install the new valve without altering the original copper tube fittings. The Tuning Fork™ Tip makes it possible to work efficiently in confined spaces and get even heat quickly in tough-to-reach areas. Capable of brazing up to 7/8 in. of copper. Uniweld’s popular Type17 tips come complete with copper elbow, brass mixer, and brass nut. Has two O-Ring seals so tip nut only needs to be firmly hand tightened. Tip will fit either the 71 or WH550 welding handle.
