This hooked-shaped piece is fastened at the ends of a lower cross bar in the blower door frame. If you only have one cross bar supporting one fan in a blower frame, it is the lower crossbar. The hook helps insert the end of the cross bar into the interior channel of the vertical side frame pieces. Sold individually.
