TruTech Tools - Combustion Analyzer Calibration Service

Important: All Testo 310 models must be serviced directly by Testo.

TruTech Tools is proud to offer in house calibration and minor repair of most Testo, Bacharach, and Sauermann combustion analyzers for customers in the United States. Check below for a full list of supported analyzers.

How to Request Service for Your Analyzer

  1. Fill out the Combustion Analyzer Service Request Form and print it out to be included in the box.

2. Prepare Your Shipment

• Securely package your analyzer (with probe and hose).

• Include the completed Service Request Form in the box.

• Retain copies of form.

3. Ship Your Analyzer to TruTech Tools

NOTE: All Electrical or Circuit Board issues MUST be sent back to the manufacturer for service. If we find such an issue, we will return the unit to you for you to send to the manufacturer. Please include your probe and hoses for physical inspection and leak testing!

Please be sure to fully charge your combustion analyzer battery before sending in for service.

What happens next?

  1. TruTech receives the analyzer with requested repairs.
  2. Within 3 - 5 business days the calibration lab work is completed.
    • Exceptions apply when multiple repairs/calibrations requested, the amount of analyzers sent in, and availability of repair parts potentially needed.
    • If additional work or parts needed, TTT contacts customer to report work needed and the price to the customer of this extra work.
    • TruTech Tools places order for all work needed and contacts customer for payment (no need for purchase of service ahead of time).
  3. TruTech ships the repaired analyzer(s) back.
